    We launched a powerful Personalization feature that allows you to seamlessly include customer-specific details in your survey content — from names and geographic information to other personalized data points. The result? A more tailored experience for your customers, leading to higher engagement and richer zero-party data.

  1. Variant ID for audiences
    We also introduced the Variant ID for Audiences feature, which enables brands to segment customers based on specific Shopify product variants. This is perfect if you’re launching a new product or seeking focused feedback on particular variants. These personalization updates help you engage with your audience in a more focused, targeted way.
